MRS. O. F. AJAYI; BL
Our Administration Manager has been in practice for several decades and heads the marketing, administration and recruitment departments of the firm. Mrs. Ajayi also deals with general civil law, Matrimonial and family law, company statutory and secretarial matters and handles matters involving mortgages, securities, conveyancing and Local, State and Federal Government approvals, permits and regulations.
T. OYEKUNLE ESQ; BL
A senior associate in practice for over two decades is conversant with the corridors of power and deals with government regulations, permits and approvals and also handles Intellectual property matters at Abuja.
A. AKINSOOTO ESQ; BL
Practices general civil law and handles a lot of the firms’ property, landlord and tenant matters, criminal matters and has been in practice for over two decades.

Practices general civil law and handles a lot of the firms’ civil and criminal matters and has been in practice for over a decade.
L. A. O. NYLANDER; LLM
Has been in practice for almost three decades and handles commercial, maritime, finance, Intellectual property, ADR, Matrimonial and family law, civil and criminal litigation, Appeals in the various Courts/Tribunals.
Our Founder:
DR. A. V. NYLANDER Ph.D SAN.
Following his studies at the University of Durham, England and King’s College, University of London, ARTHUR NYLANDER was called to the English Bar by Gray’s Inn in 1957 and enrolled as a Legal Practitioner in the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1958.
He gained a further Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School, USA and a Ph.D Degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
Whilst in USA, he worked at the United Nations, New York for a while.
Upon his return to Nigeria in December 1956, he resumed his legal practice with an incursion into academia as Senior Lecturer and Sub-Dean of the Faculty of Law in the University of Lagos – several of his students have become Appellate Judges and Senior Advocates of Nigeria.
As Sub-Dean of the Faculty of Law in the University of Lagos, he took trips overseas in the line of duty including visits to Germany as a Research Fellow of the Max-Planck Institute in Hamburg and Munich and as an external Examiner at Fourah Bay College, Sierra Leone.
A Notary Public, ARTHUR NYLANDER was in legal practice for over fifty years and took silk in 1981; he has handled several important cases. DR. ARTHUR NYLANDER specialised in commercial law, finance, arbitration, ADR, immigration and intellectual property law.
