Our Fees

At Arthur Nylander, we try to ensure, at all times that our charging process is transparent and discussed as soon as possible and at the convenience of the Client.

Wherever possible, we strive to reach an agreement on the fees to be charged on accepting the instructions.

In determining the fees charged for a matter, we consider if the fees to be paid are retainer or flat fees and take into account, not only our competitive hourly rates but the:

• Difficulty, complexity and urgency
• Novelty, or
• Value of the transaction
• Volume discounts
• Seniority of the lawyers, time and resources
• Professional scale of fees {if any} involved in the matter being handled
